2006 to 2007 - Regatta Quay Resident Manager
Duties as above relating to on-site manager. Manager of a new property opened in 2006. Liaising with Body Corporate, Executive Committee and Strata Managers and also with the developers Kingston Quay Pty. Ltd. in the opening of the complex and subsequent teething problems as would be expected in a new development.

2003 to 2006 - Tallebudgera Cove Resident Manager
Duties include, all work pertaining to a Property Manager: Receiving rents, disbursing payments to and from owners trust account via Console Gateway Property Management System, preparation of leases, inspections, repair and maintenance work and organising tradesmen. Maintenance of common area grounds and pool.

2001 to 2003 - Subway Restaurants,Kotara

Built and opened a second store in partnership with daughter.
All duties as above for Subway Warners Bay.

Completed a two week training course in Connecticut, USA.
Built and opened the fourth store in Newcastle.
Duties include, retail sales, customer service, marketing, bookkeeping, ordering, rostering (13 staff), training, POS, Subshop 2000 software system, Excel weekly sales and inventory reports. OH&S training and maintenance of Food Preparation and Hygiene Standards. Local chairman of the advertising board for a period of five years with advertising budget exceeding $300,000 per year.
