With over 25 years in the Hospitality business, we have owned, operated, and managed a wide range of properties and types of accommodation, from Caravan Parks to B&B. We are willing to travel anywhere in Australia for long or short term relief for Motels, Caravan Parks, or Self Contained Accommodation. We'll also mind your pets.
Your business is precious to you, we understand this, so we undertake to manage your property in a responsible, dedicated style, incorporating existing routines, so that when you return things will be as normal. We are happy to spend some time as required for a handover, free of charge, both prior to your leaving and on your return.
Our experience includes:
- Reception – both computerised and manual booking systems - RMS, Room master, Motelier
- Housekeeping and laundry – have supervised up to 10 staff and are not afraid to get our hands dirty and help out if required
- Property and Pool / Spa maintenance including gardens and lawns
- Banking and accounting procedures including MYOB and EFTPOS
- Breakfast and light evening meal preparation
- And most importantly, liaising with Clientele and Staff. After all, you can have the nicest, cleanest property in town, but we believe that the initial welcome and ongoing interaction with people is the most crucial part of a hospitality business.
