About Us
Hi, we would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are Bev and Cliff Musgrave of What A Relief.
We are a married couple who are multi skilled with excellent management experiences in a variety of industries. We are now able to offer Relief Management to the hard working owners of small motels and permanent residential complexes.
Our Management Rights in a 77 unit complex in Newcastle, which we purchased off the plan, has just been sold and we have recently moved back to the Gold Coast. Prior to that we had a 56 unit permanent complex in Burleigh.
Our business background is in hospitality. Over the years we have owned and operated several hotels, a motel and a liquor store. Trying retail for a while, we ran a Granny Mays Gift Store for five years, then opened the 101st Subway Sandwich Store in Australia, which we ran for seven years while purchasing a second store along the way.
These days, we are hoping to use our skills and experiences to help others take a break, knowing that their residential management or motel business is in good hands.
